Membership Agreement

By registering as a member with NDOA, you agree to the following terms regarding our marketing services:

Eligibility: Membership is open to Nebraska-based hemp retailers, dispensary owners, and supportive industry professionals who operate in compliance with state and federal law.

Conduct: Members agree to uphold professional standards, engage respectfully in communications, and refrain from actions that damage the integrity or public perception of NDOA.

Dues & Contributions: Contributions and dues are voluntary unless otherwise set by the Board. Founding Member status requires a minimum $1 contribution and may include added responsibilities.

Use of Funds: All collected funds will be used to support NDOA's mission, including legal defense, public outreach, lobbying, and operational costs.

No Guarantees: While NDOA advocates on behalf of members, we do not guarantee legal outcomes, licensing approvals, or political changes.

Privacy: Your information will be kept confidential and used only for official purposes. We will never sell or share your personal or business data without consent.

Prohibited Actions

While using our website and services, you agree not to engage in any unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, distributing malicious software, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or violating any applicable laws or regulations.

Breach of Terms

Violation of these terms and conditions may result in immediate termination of your membership and access to our services. We reserve the right to take any necessary legal action to protect our interests and the integrity of our community.
